This bottle represents a perfect moment in time, a collaboration between the Nestor Liquor family and the Angel's Envy brand ambassador, chosen on the beautiful shores of Dana Point beach.

Inspired by the stunning coastal sunset over the ocean, 'Pacific Tawny By Callan' is a bourbon that truly captures the spirit of its namesake. This is Angel's Envy's classic Kentucky Straight Bourbon—crafted from a mashbill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley—but elevated to an entirely new level. After its initial maturation in new charred American oak, this specific barrel, #TW-047, underwent a secondary finishing period in a hand-selected Tawny Port Cask.

This Tawny Port finish imparts a drier, nuttier, and more complex fruit profile than the standard Ruby Port finish, creating a sophisticated bourbon that is both robust and elegant. Bottled at a potent 110 cask proof (55% ABV), this is a rare opportunity to experience Angel's Envy at a strength that preserves all of its rich, concentrated flavors.
