If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions for returning the product.
Receive Resolution
