Cenote Cristalino Anejo Tequila is distilled from 100% blue weber agave. It is aged for at least a year in barrels not to exceed 600 litters. Ex-bourbon barrels are most commonly used. Anejo tequilas are also known as aged or extra aged.
Tasting notes:
Nose - a mix of milk chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla notes.
Palate - vegetal and herbal naotes from the tequilla taking over
Finish - on the spicy and dry side with an aftertaste of more bitter than sweet.
