In the nose is cornbread, cocoa nibs, tobacco leaf and an abundance of maple syrup. The palate is has hints of dried apricot, sandalwood, with a nutty richness. Also has toasted coconut, holiday spice and toasted oak where the influence from the sugar cane and rum extraction shines.
